    It is warmly suggested not to use public accounts (i.e. gmail, hotmail….) but the institutional one. Anonymous accounts will not be considered.

    To contact the administrator and remind him for a password, please e-mail to forum@icar.org.

    PASSWORD WILL NOT BE COMMUNICATED TO UNKNOWN USERS !!!!!
